LLC Tax Preparation
Complete tax preparation for limited liability companies. Single-member, multi-member, and LLCs taxed as S-Corps or C-Corps. Federal and state filing for all 50 states.
LLC Tax Filing Requirements
LLC tax preparation varies based on how your LLC is structured and taxed. A single-member LLC is treated as a disregarded entity and reports income on Schedule C of the owner's personal return. A multi-member LLC files Form 1065 and issues Schedule K-1 to each member.
If your LLC has elected to be taxed as an S-Corp or C-Corp, the filing requirements change significantly. Proper classification and filing are essential to avoid penalties and maximize deductions.
LLC Tax Filing by Type
The right filing approach depends on your LLC structure.
